- Is the free tier really free?
- Yes. Three aliases, forever, no card on file. We won't surprise you with a paywall on basic alias forwarding.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Pro features stop at the end of the current billing period. Aliases above the free limit are paused — your data stays, you can reactivate Pro any time, and free aliases keep forwarding without interruption.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cards, UPI, and most wallets, processed by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record. Tax and currency handling come from Dodo — you see the price in your local currency at checkout.
- Do prices include taxes?
- Tax is added at checkout based on your billing address, in line with local rules. Quoted prices are the pre-tax amount.
- Can I get a refund?
- We follow Dodo's standard refund policy. Reach out within 14 days of a charge if something's wrong and we'll work it out.
